LTC Connect offers easy and convenient billing and payment options to help simplify your life.

Billing Dates
Bills are mailed once a month for local telephone service, Internet charges, Logan Long Distance charges, and other charges and credits.
Bills are mailed on or before the 8th of the month and are due back on or before the 18th of each month. If the 18th falls on a weekend or holiday, your payment will be due on the next business day.

Easily Pay Your LTC Connect Bill
SmartHub/Online:
This mobile and Web app offers convenient account management right from your mobile device or on your PC. You can make payments, view billing history, notify us of account or service issues, switch to paperless billing, stay up-to-date on our news feed, and communicate directly with us at the touch of a button. If you have a SmartHub account, you can log in here.
If you do not have a SmartHub account, give us a call at 270-542-4121 or 270-934-4121 or follow these instructions to sign up online:
- Go to logantele.smarthub.coop.
- Click on “Sign up to access our Self Service site”.
- You will be asked to enter your billing account number, last four digits of your social security number, and the amount of your last bill.
- Complete the appropriate fields and click submit. You now have a SmartHub account and will be able to manage your account online.
- Once signed up, go ahead and install the app onto your smartphone!
Pay Online without SmartHub: If you are not interested in the conveniences and features of SmartHub, you can CLICK HERE to pay your bill without creating a SmartHub account. You will need your LTC Connect account number noted on your bill to pay using this method.

Pay by Phone: Call 1-844-846-2689 to pay with your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, debit card, or by check.
Automatic Bank Draft: You can have your monthly bill taken automatically out of your checking or savings account. Please contact us at 270-542-4121 or 270-934-4121 for more information.
Credit Card Auto Pay: You can have your monthly bill automatically charged to a credit or debit card. Please contact us at 270-542-4121 or 270-934-4121 for more information.
Drive-Thru: The drive-thru lanes at the LTC Connect business office make it quick and easy to drop off payments. One lane is designated for those that do not need change or a receipt.
Bank Locations: Payments can be made in person at Lewisburg Banking Company at the Adairville, Lewisburg, or Russellville locations on or before 3 PM on the 18th of the month.
