In response to the impact the COVID-19 pandemic is having on our community, LTC Connect is now providing free “drive-in” Wi-Fi hotspots. These hotspots will be strategically placed at locations in LTC Connect’s service area and will be available to anyone in the community who does not have access to the Internet.

Here are the current active locations:
LTC Connect headquarters parking lot (10725 Bowling Green Road, Auburn)
Lewisburg City Hall parking lot (549 S. Main, Lewisburg)
Adairville Library and around the square (101 Church Street, Adairville)
Rochester Community Center (129 Main Street, Rochester)

Each LTC Connect drive-in hotspot will be active from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily. Those using these hotspots are asked to stay in your vehicles and follow any other orders issued for the areas where the hotspots are located.

Simply park near one of the drive-in hotspots, remain in your vehicle, and connect your device to the LTC Public Wi-Fi network.  Please follow any additional instructions that may be posted at the parking area for the hotspot.  LTC Connect will restrict the usage of these networks to essential applications to make sure there is enough capacity for people to perform necessary activities.  For instance, Netflix, some video streaming, gaming, and other non-essential services will not be allowed on the hotspots.

Society has quickly learned that Internet service is not a luxury, but a necessity, and we are committed to doing everything we can to ensure residents in our communities have the access needed to succeed in their daily tasks.
