LTC Connect will be performing a planned fiber maintenance operation around Noon on Tuesday, August 11, weather permitting. We must cut a fiber and re-splice it as part of a project where we are required to place a cable deeper in the ground. Members that reside in the highlighted area of the map shown below will be affected. We expect phone and SpeedNet services to be interrupted for approximately 2 hours during this process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we appreciate your understanding as we work through this project.
Some SpeedNet customers may need to power cycle your modem for your service to be restored after the maintenance is complete. Use your power button to turn the modem on and off, and NEVER use the reset button on your SpeedNet modem. If your service does not work restore properly after a power cycle, please contact our 24 hour Technical Support Team at 270-542-7709 or 270-934-2202 for further assistance.
